Frequently Asked Questions
Q) How long will images of my athlete be available for purchase?
A) You have 90 days before we have the option to remove them from our galleries.
Q) What if the 90 days has passed but I still want to order?
A) Due to storage considerations, we may not keep images on-line after 90 days. It is possible we may have your game backed up on CD. If you need a photo, there will be a $25 fee to retrieve it.
Q) I want you to photograph my athlete, can you do this?
A) Yes we can, just ask us to. Please approach our photographer and point out your athlete and we will get the photos you desire.
Q) I looked at your website and I could not find any photos of my athlete. Doesnt everyone get their photo taken?
A) It is possible that we missed your athlete for various reasons. They may not have been in the game while we were shooting, an official got in the way, and yes we shoot out of focus shots on occasion ourselves. Contact us if you want to make sure we include your athlete, we will make every effort to photograph them the next time.
Q) How to I check your prices on photos?
A) Just select any photo and use the "buy this photo" button to add it to your shopping cart. Then go to your shopping cart and use the drop down boxes to find our prices on all the items we have for sale. We have buttons, mugs, shirts, etc for sale in addition to our photos. If there is something that is not listed you may be interested in just drop us an e-mail and we will try to get it for you. We also offer a digital download option if you would prefer to have a file of your photo. Check the pricing page for more information on that option.

Cart confusion? Bet we know where:
1. The duplicate button.
Click when you want two different print sizes from the same photo.
2. Those odd blue lines on your photo.
It's a rude shock to discover that your photo won't fit all print sizes without surgery. But at least you're empowered with your own knife:
the crop button.
Gotcha: If you do nothing, only what's inside those blue lines will print on your photo.
Option: Choose the
no-crop option from the pull-down menu. Instead of cutting some of your image to make it fit the paper, it will add two white borders so nothing is lost.
3. Prints for small cameras.
It's painful but true: all compact digital cameras take 3x4 photos, which fit your TV perfectly but do not fit 4x6, 5x7 or 8x10 paper perfectly.
4. I want 36 matte and 21 glossy...
On top of your cart, you'll find a quick way to copy any selection from one print to a group of others.
5. True or auto color?
Autocolor is not the quick & dirty adjustment found in desktop programs that foul as many images as they improve. Our autocolor is based on i2e, an industrial-strength commercial program that harms very few photos but improves a high percentage.
For
us, auto color is the default.
